Client: Douglas Elliman Real Estate
Since 1911, Douglas Elliman has been leading the way in the luxury market and home to top producing agents in offices coast-to-coast.
The Goal:
Have a landing page to direct web traffic that was specific for recruitment/growth. The previous website was not branded properly, content had no hook, and overall look was not attention-grabbing.
The Outcome:
The site successfully captures contact information, as well as provides an overview of Douglas Elliman from a B2B perspective for agents as to how joining the brokerage would benefit their business.
Project: Logo Development
Client: Stephen Johnson III
Originally from the Bay Area, Stephen has lived in Los Angeles for the last six years, where he attended UCLA to play football and study political science. Currently, Stephen is a luxury real estate agent.
The Goal:
Create a logo identity that would resonate with Stephen's vision.
The Outcome:
Developed 4 logo concepts that aligned with his style of elegance, luxury, and suave. The final deliverable included 3 color options, a logo guide, and a color palette.
